- Appointment Booking and Payment:
- Appointments must be booked in advance through website, phone or social media
- A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- Full payment for services is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include: Credit/Debit cards, Etransfer or Cash.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit.
- The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled services within 7 days.
- Service Availability:
- Please confirm your service location at the time of booking.
- Client Health and Safety:
- Please inform your esthetician of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin concerns prior to the appointment.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the area where the service is provided is clean, well-lit, and safe.
- If the esthetician determines your health or safety is at risk, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled at their discretion.
- Late Arrivals:
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced service time, and you will be charged the full service fee.
- Liability and Risks:
- By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept that mobile esthetician services carry inherent risks. Innate Esthetics Medi Spa and its employees are not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or other adverse outcomes related to the services provided.
- You must adhere to aftercare instructions given by the esthetician to avoid any complications post-service.
- Privacy and Confidentiality:
- We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided during booking will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services and communication.
- Photos of your service may be taken for promotional purposes with your consent.
- Service Satisfaction:
- If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please inform the esthetician at the time of your appointment. We strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with the service, but any complaints or dissatisfaction should be raised immediately to allow for resolution.
- Modifications to Terms:
- Innate Esthetics Medi Spa reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
